This plan is targeted towards increasing your stamina and core strength. Please note that not all exercises are for everyone. If you have a medical condition or have not worked out, please consult a fitness professional prior starting this session. It is an intermediate intensity workout. Exercises:
Jumping Jack / Isometric Squat - 30 Secs x 3 Sets;
Mountain Climbers / Planks - 30 Secs x 3 Sets;
High Knees / Horse Stance - 30 Secs x 3 Sets
