This plan is targeted towards increasing your stamina and core strength. Please note that not all exercises are for everyone. If you have a medical condition or have not worked out, please consult a fitness professional prior starting this session. It is an intermediate intensity workout.   1. Jumping Jack / Isometric Squat - 30 Secs x 3 Sets;

  2. Mountain Climbers / Planks - 30 Secs x 3 Sets;

  3. High Knees / Horse Stance - 30 Secs x 3 Sets

By practicing these exercises you will benefit by experiencing:

  1. Calorie loss;

  2. Improved stamina and core strength;

  3. Improved balance and mobility.
